PRODUCT DETAILS
WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER HMF RACINGS EXHAUST SYSTEMS FOR THE Polaris RZR 1000 XP.
The Polaris RZR XP 1000 exhaust systems are available as a Dual Full System in the Performance Series, a Dual Full System in the Titan Series, a Single Slip On in the Titan Series, and a Twin Loop System in the Titan Series.
There is a 2-4 dB increase in sound levels with Quiet Core Inserts installed on all systems except the Twin Loop System. The Twin Loop System in the Titan Series is a full 8-10 dB quieter than the stock exhaust with a much more mild tone and maintains the same power output as stock.
Performance Series
Dual Full System
Gains 9-11 hp and 5-7 ft-lbs at the wheels with appropriate tuning. The aluminum shell silencers and stainless steel head pipes weigh substantially less than stock exhaust.
Titan Series
Dual Full System
Gains 9-11 hp and 5-7 ft-lbs at the wheels with appropriate tuning. The stainless steel shell silencers and stainless steel head pipes weigh slightly more than the Performance Series but still significantly less than the stock exhaust system and adds extra durability to the system. Available in both the Loud (XL) and Quiet (QS) options.
Slip-On System
Gains 8-10 hp and 5-6 ft-lbs at the wheels with the appropriate tuning. This is a single stainless steel silencer and weighs substantially less than the stock silencer with a much improved sound. Available in both the Loud (XL) and Quiet (QS) options.
Twin Loop System
Maintains the stock power levels and installs as a slip on system, retaining the original head pipe. The Twin Loop System connects two Titan-QS silencers in series creating more capacity to handle the exhaust’s sound pulses. This looped system traps the exhaust sounds, absorbs them, and allows the exhaust to run quieter than the RZR XP 1000’s stock silencer by an amazing 8-10 dB.
Note:
Horsepower and torque increases listed above are possible with tuning such as the DynoJet PowerVision. While the Polaris RZR XP 1000 does not require tuning to safely operate with an HMF exhaust, gains in power and torque are less significant.
What is the Blackout Option?
Aesthetics finally meets utility and performance. Take any Performance or Titan Series exhaust and blackout the head pipe, inlet and end cap with a high temperature ceramic coating that increases impact strength while increasing resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and chemicals.
Capable of withstanding up to 1200°F, this ceramic based finish is formulated to withstand the extreme temperatures from an exhaust system. As a result, your exhaust should have less intense exposure to the elements, protecting you for any application or use.
