We are excited to release our 2019 - UP Yamaha YXZ1000R/ SS Hess Motorsports Heaty Duty Radiator Replacement Kit. A very common problem for any UTV enthusiast is over heating due to increasing HP and Riding Conditions. The stock radiator just isn't efficient enough to handle added HP from Exhaust, Tunes, and Higher HP applications. The OEM radiator also has plastic tanks which are prone to leaking. We have designed this radiator to be Triple Pass drastically increasing the coolants time passing thru the radiator which reduces temperatures significantly. It is also uses fully welded aluminum tanks to prevent leaking. This is the ultimate setup for the driver that demands performance from their UTV!

Returns Policy

All products purchased through Hess Motorsports are subject to a 30 day return period from the ship date. Returned items must be in new and never mounted condition. Exchanges can be made on a product(s) that are defective from manufacturing and/or workmanship that hinder it’s intended use. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges must be approved prior to shipment and are subject to inspection upon arrival, before a refund and/or exchange can be issued. Purchaser pays all associated costs related to return shipment, including insurance. Returns can take up to 15 days to process after receiving them.
